How it works

With gaiia mail, we’ve integrated directly with USPS via Lob, automating the printing and mailing of both manual invoices and recurring billing invoices. When an invoice is generated, it can be automatically sent to print and mail, removing the need for any manual steps on your part.

You can customize the invoices by selecting full color or black-and-white printing and choosing between single-sided or double-sided pages. All invoices are sent via USPS First Class Mail, ensuring timely delivery (usually within 5-7 business days).

Recouping costs

While the process is fully automated, there is a per-letter cost for each invoice sent via USPS, which will be billed by gaiia monthly based on usage. To help manage these costs, you have the option to pass this fee onto subscribers, providing an incentive for customers to switch to digital invoices, reducing your long-term mail-related expenses.
